Intervest Projects, Inc. was established in 1973 to enhance the value of all properties and acquired assets of Phil. Veterans Bank. It develops, renovates and constructs residences, townhouses and even commercial projects on these properties to increase their marketability and optimize profit. IPI likewise undertakes special studies on the best use of land and constructs and renovates all of PVB’s branches.
